Requirements:

1-2 Years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

Strong experience with W2 and Full-Time requirements.

Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals.

Knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified IT professionals for W2 positions

• Work closely with Partners and clients

• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews

• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions

• Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
