Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven US IT Recruiter to join our onsite recruitment team in Amritsar. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified IT professionals for US-based client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job portals, databases, referrals, and Boolean searches.
• Review and understand technical JDs and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills, communication, availability, location, rate, and work authorization.
• Work on W2, C2C, 1099, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time requirements.
• Understand US work authorization such as USC, GC, EAD, H-1B, OPT/CPT, etc.
• Work on requirements from Direct Clients, MSPs, VMS, Implementation Partners, and Staffing Vendors.
• Submit qualified candidates within required timelines and client SLAs.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
• Negotiate candidate rates within approved budgets.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS/CRM and recruitment trackers.

Required Skills

• 1–5 years of hands-on US IT Recruitment / US Staffing experience.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle.
• Good understanding of W2, C2C, 1099 and Full-Time hiring models.
• Knowledge of US work authorization and visa categories.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn/LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
• Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills.
• Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, Salesforce, SAP, Cybersecurity, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong candidate engagement, follow-up, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced US shift environment.

Preferred

• Experience with MSP/VMS recruitment.
• Experience working with Direct Clients / Implementation Partners / Tier-1 Vendors.
• Proven track record of interviews and successful closures.
