Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and referrals
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 roles
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Conduct initial interviews and assess technical/communication skills
- Coordinate with clients and candidates for interview scheduling
- Negotiate salary/rates and close positions within deadlines
- Maintain candidate database and update ATS regularly
- Build strong pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of US IT recruitment lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Knowledge of visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with ATS tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with direct clients / implementation partners
- Good understanding of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Strong network of IT candidates in the US market
