About the Role

We're looking for a US IT Recruiter with 25 years of experience.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a solid track record of sourcing top IT talent across the US.

You'll work with a collaborative team at Galent to drive real business results using cutting-edge technology. Responsibilities

Understand job requirements from the client and identify suitable candidates.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other professional networks.

Screen and evaluate candidates based on required skill sets and experience. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Maintain and update internal database and trackers. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Learn and adapt to various sourcing tools and techniques. Requirements

0 to 5 years in US IT recruitment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic understanding of IT technologies (preferred, but not mandatory).

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

Willingness to work in the US shift/night shift. Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

25 year of experience (freshers are welcome).
