We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, particularly in the US market, and will play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top tech talent.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates skills and fit for the role.
• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for the US market.
• Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close candidates effectively.
• Familiarity with US employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
