Role: US IT Recruiter (2+ Years Experience)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of IT/Technical recruitment experience, with exposure to US hiring or international recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT roles including sourcing, screening, coordination of interviews, and follow-ups
- Work closely with US hiring managers, account managers, and vendors to understand role requirements, tech stack, and ideal candidate profiles
- Draft and post clear, attractive job descriptions on US-focused job boards and professional networks (Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Use advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social recruiting, headhunting, referrals) to identify top IT talent in the US market
- Conduct initial screenings to assess technical relevance, communication skills, work authorization, and cultural fit for US clients
- Coordinate technical interviews, client discussions, and assessments across US time zones and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Maintain and update ATS/CRM, candidate pipelines, and recruitment reports for US requirements
- Stay updated on US IT market trends, salary benchmarks, visa types (H1B, GC, Citizen), and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT/technical recruitment; US IT recruitment experience is a strong plus
- Good understanding of common IT roles, skills, and technologies (developers, data engineers, QA, cloud, DevOps, etc.)
- Experience using major job boards and professional networks for US hiring (Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster)
- Familiarity with US work authorization, visa categories, and basic tax/engagement models (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to interact confidently with US candidates and clients
- Comfortable working in night shifts or US time zone overlap to support live client and candidate interactions
Added Advantage:
- Prior experience in a US staffing agency or MSP/VMS environment
- Experience working on niche or hard-to-fill IT roles in the US market
