About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the right talent is identified, engaged, and hired to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates).
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Use multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Negotiate job offers, salaries, and start dates with selected candidates.
Maintain and update ATS/Recruitment databases to ensure accurate reporting.
Stay up to date with market trends and hiring practices.
