Job Title: US IT Recruiter - For Chennai Office

Location: Chennai India

Cogent Infotech is hiring in Chennai for the position of US IT Recruiter. We are seeking target-driven individuals with 15 years of recruitment experience to join our team.

Must Have Details:

• US staffing experience is a must.
• Candidate with IT & Engineering recruitment experience
• A strong mind set for targets, closures and delivery is essential.
• Direct client exposure and W2 experience.

Other Relevant Details:

• Location: Chennai
• Work Model: Initially, this will be work from home until we resume office operations.
• Shift: EST shift
• Joining: Preferred Immediate or within 30 days considering of notice period
• Salary: As per market standards

• Strong sourcing and follow-up skills

• Willingness to work in EST shift
