US IT Recruiter

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a US IT Recruiter located in Guindy. The US IT Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals in various roles. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, identifying talent through various channels, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The role requires a proactive approach to meet client staffing requirements effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end US IT recruitment (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screening, interviewing, and submitting candidates to clients
• Working closely with Account Managers and clients
• Strong understanding of US tax terms, visas, and time zones

Requirements:

• 24 years of experience in US IT recruitment
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Experience working with direct clients / implementation partners
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
