Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in US staffing and recruitment. The candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for clients across the United States. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, understanding of US recruitment processes, and familiarity with various job portals and sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for US IT requirements.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and communication skills.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

- Negotiate salary/rates and manage offer process.

- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.

- Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within timelines.

- Ensure proper documentation and onboarding support.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and vendors.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.

- Good understanding of US visa types such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens.

- Experience working with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.

- Knowledge of tax terms: W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and 1099.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is an added advantage.
