Required Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years experience into US IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, Internal database and social media.
- Good understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, etc.).
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
