Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and select candidates for various IT positions in the US market.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
- Maintain and update candidate database and applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance recruitment strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for US clients.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies such as software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
