You will play a key role in our recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and retain the best candidates in the IT sector.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and select candidates for various IT positions in the US market.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Maintain and update candidate database and applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance recruitment strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for US clients.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies such as software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
  • Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
