Position: Senior US IT Recruiter
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Onsite work
Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior US IT Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record working with direct clients, using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, and preferably have experience supporting clients in the banking and financial services domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the full recruitment life cycle for W2, C2C, and 1099 roles across various IT technologies.
- Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Dice, Monster, CB), internal ATS, and referrals.
- Work with account managers and delivery leads to understand job requirements and client priorities.
- Screen for technical skills, visa status, communication, location, and availability
- Schedule interviews, manage candidate feedback, and support offer/onboarding processes
Requirements:
- 8+ years of US IT recruiting experience
- Proven experience working with VMS clients and direct relationships
- Deep knowledge of US IT hiring practices, tax terms, and employment types
- Excellent sourcing, networking, and closing skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with ATS tools (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
