Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models and be comfortable working in US time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Coordinate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical and communication skills
- Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback
- Negotiate pay rates and close positions within defined timelines
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 26 years of experience in US IT staffing/recruitment
- Strong understanding of US hiring processes and visa types (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, etc.)
- Experience working with VMS/MSP is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in US shifts

- Prior experience with US-based clients
