Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models and be comfortable working in US time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles
  • Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
  • Coordinate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical and communication skills
  • Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback
  • Negotiate pay rates and close positions within defined timelines
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
  • Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 26 years of experience in US IT staffing/recruitment
  • Strong understanding of US hiring processes and visa types (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, etc.)
  • Experience working with VMS/MSP is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work in US shifts

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ATS tools
  • Strong negotiation and closure skills
  • Prior experience with US-based clients
