Responsibilities:

Conduct initial phone/video screens to assess not just technical skills, but also communication style and cultural fit for US clients

Use Boolean searches, LinkedIn, sourcing tools to find passive and active candidates.

Conduct initial phone/video screens to assess not just technical skills, but also communication style and cultural fit for US clients.

Expertise in US visa types (H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, TN, E3, OPT/CPT).

Negotiate and manage various contract types, including W2, 1099, and C2C (Corp-to-Corp).

Excellent verbal and written English is mandatory, as you will be the face of the company to US candidates.

Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
