Description
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent for various positions in the United States. This role requires a proactive approach to finding and engaging candidates, along with a strong understanding of the IT industry.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit for the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for US-based positions.
- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skills in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
