Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Indore | Onsite

Experience: 1–4 Years

Shift: US Shift (06:30 PM – 03:30 AM / 07:30 PM – 04:30 AM IST)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for US clients.
• Source and screen candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate submissions, follow-ups, and pay rate negotiations.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.
• Understand US staffing terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations (H-1B, GC, TN, OPT, CPT).

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing and technical hiring.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and US time zones.
