US IT Recruiter

Position: US IT Recruiter (3–5 Years Experience)

Are you passionate about US IT Recruitment and looking to grow your career with a dynamic team We're looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience to join our Bengaluru office.

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing
• Basic understanding of MSP/VMS requirements
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with sourcing through job portals and Boolean search is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment
• Source and screen candidates using job portals and Boolean search techniques
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups
• Work on client requirements and build a strong candidate pipeline
• Support rate negotiations and candidate closures
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely submissions
