US IT Recruiter

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

· Sourcing, Screening, and posting requirements on Job-Boards Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn etc.

· Conduct screening interviews to match candidate profiles and job requirements

· Conducting professional assessment over the telephone for skills, experience, availability, compensation requirements, and willingness to Travel/Relocate and overall suitability.

· Selected candidates will be working directly with our US based teams to assist them with HR and recruiting projects in various domains.

Required Skills

· At least 1 year of experience in US Staffing/IT Staffing.

· Very good communication skills

· Good understanding of both domains based and technology-based recruiting.

· Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates utilizing multiple recruiting sources

· Proactive, just-in-time recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis.

· Selected Candidate should be ready to work at night (open to support all times zones like EST, CST, MST, and PST).

Eligibility: Graduate/Postgraduate
