Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented US IT Bench Sales Recruiters to join our team in Nagarbhavi, Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for marketing available IT consultants, building vendor relationships, identifying suitable contract opportunities, and achieving submission and placement targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Market available IT consultants to vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Search for suitable requirements through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, TechFetch, and other job portals.
- Submit consultant profiles based on their technical skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and implementation partners.
- Follow up regularly on submitted profiles and coordinate consultant interviews.
- Negotiate pay rates and contract terms with vendors and clients.
- Maintain daily records of submissions, interviews, follow-ups, and placements.
- Work closely with consultants and internal recruitment teams.
- Meet assigned daily submission and monthly placement targets.
- Stay updated on US staffing trends, technologies, and market requirements.
Required Skills
- 6 months to 5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales or US IT Staffing.
- Good understanding of the US staffing and recruitment process.
- Knowledge of C2C requirements and US work authorizations such as H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC.
- Experience using Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, TechFetch, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good vendor connections and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and job roles.
- Strong follow-up and consultant coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates located near Nagarbhavi or willing to commute are preferred.
- Freshers with at least 6 months of relevant experience may apply.
- Candidates must be comfortable working onsite during US shift hours.
