Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic US IT Recruiter (Fresher to 2 Years) to join our talent acquisition team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT professionals across the US market. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong career in US staffing and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements directly from internal hiring needs and client requirements for US IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Assess candidates on technical skills, communication, availability, and visa status.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and follow up regularly.
- Negotiate pay rates, confirm candidate availability, and close positions.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM.
- Ensure compliance with US hiring policies and recruitment standards.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network for future requirements.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of US IT recruitment life cycle.
- Knowledge of US work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, H4 EAD) basic level.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to work in US shifts (Night shift IST).
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Willingness to learn US staffing processes.
