Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with a minimum of 1 year of experience in US IT recruitment and staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on the W2 model, sourcing qualified IT professionals, screening candidates, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for US clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for various technical positions.
2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, monster, dice, databases, and other recruitment platforms.
3. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
4. Work on W2 requirements and manage W2-based candidate submissions.
5. Coordinate with candidates, account managers, and clients throughout the recruitment process.
6. Maintain candidate databases and provide regular recruitment updates.
7. Meet daily and monthly sourcing, submission, and placement targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment and Staffing.
• Hands-on experience working with the W2 employment model.
• Good understanding of US recruitment processes, job requirements, and employment types.
• Experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
• Knowledge of US tax terms, work authorizations, and visa categories is preferred.

Important Hiring Criteria

• Candidates must have prior experience in US IT recruitment and staffing.
• Must have practical experience handling W2 requirements.
• Full-time W2 recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Candidates whose experience is exclusively in the C2C model will not be considered.
