Job Description

Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Onsite , Bangalore Hoodi

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals for clients across the United States. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, including working with job portals, vendors, and candidate management systems, with a good understanding of US work authorizations and hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and networking.
  • Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for client requirements.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers / Sales Teams to understand client needs and job requirements.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates technical and communication skills.
  • Negotiate rates and employment terms (W2, 1099, C2C) with candidates and vendors.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for future openings.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, visa regulations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT), and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 15 years of experience in US IT recruitment (end-to-end recruiting).
  • In-depth knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization types.
  • Experience with ATS tools and job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Strong relationship management and networking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for niche IT skills (Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, etc.).
  • Familiarity with VMS (Vendor Management Systems) and MSP environments.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts (US time zones).
