Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a US IT Recruiter/Bench Sales position based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of IT recruitment processes, which includes sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting IT talent, maintaining relationships with consultants on the bench, and ensuring placements are timely and aligned with job requirements. The role requires close collaboration with hiring teams and clients to meet organizational staffing goals.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Hiring and Technical Recruiting(FOR EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES)
• Expertise in Recruiting strategies, including sourcing and screening candidates(FOR EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment
• Understanding of the IT industry and key technical skills
• Previous experience in bench sales is a plus(FOR EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES)
• Bachelor's degree is required
