Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and job specifications in detail.
- Source candidates from job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Screen candidates through telephonic and/or video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Negotiate pay rates and employment terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Maintain candidate and client databases using ATS or CRM tools.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on US immigration laws and hiring practices (H1B, GC, US Citizens, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 15 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of various IT technologies and job roles.
- Familiarity with US work authorization types (H1B, GC, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.).
- Experience working with VMS clients or direct clients is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).
