Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Work on various IT technologies including Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, SAP, Salesforce, and Full Stack technologies.
• Maintain and update candidate records in ATS/CRM.
• Build strong relationships with consultants and clients.
• Ensure daily submission targets and hiring metrics are achieved.
