We are looking for a
highly motivated US IT Staffing Recruiter with
agency-side staffing experience who knows how to compete and win in a
VMS/MSP-driven environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on urgency, understands the importance of

U.S.-based IT hiring across a variety of technical skill areas.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who has experience supporting
U.S.-based IT staffing requirements. You should be organized, self-directed, and confident managing a high-volume, KPI-driven desk while maintaining strong candidate quality and a positive candidate experience.
You will work closely with
U.S. sales, delivery, account, and recruiting teams to help fill priority openings quickly and effectively.
US IT Staffing Recruiter – Hyderabad
Location: Hyderabad
Schedule: Hybrid, onsite 3 days per week
Shift: Night shift in India aligned to
U.S. Eastern Time working hours
Support fast-moving U.S. hiring needs from Hyderabad in a role where speed, quality, and recruiter judgment directly impact results.
What You'll Do
- Recruit for a wide range of U.S.-based IT roles
- Work on competitive VMS/MSP requirements where speed, follow-up, and quality submissions are critical
- Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates quickly and effectively for U.S. client requirements
- Build strong candidate pipelines through job boards, database mining, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing
- Partner closely with U.S.-based sales, account managers, delivery teams, and recruiting stakeholders to understand priority openings, hiring challenges, and market conditions
- Submit well-qualified candidates with accurate screening notes and strong recruiter summaries
- Manage multiple requisitions and priorities at once while keeping activity organized and moving forward
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency while protecting candidate experience and submission quality
- Build relationships with U.S.-based candidates and maintain pipelines for recurring skill sets
- Track activity, pipeline health, interviews, submittals, and hires in a KPI-driven staffing environment
- Stay informed on U.S. hiring trends, talent availability, rate competitiveness, and market challenges across priority skill areas
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter in the staffing agency world
- Experience supporting U.S. staffing or U.S.-based roles
- Strong experience recruiting in a VMS/MSP or highly competitive staffing environment
- Background recruiting for a wide range of IT roles, including areas such as software development, infrastructure, cloud, applications, support, data, QA, ERP/CRM, cybersecurity, and related technical skill sets
- Strong understanding of speed to market, candidate quality, and urgency in staffing
- Ability to manage a busy desk, stay organized, and move multiple openings at once
- Strong English communication skills, especially for candidate screening and stakeholder communication
- Excellent screening, interviewing, and candidate qualification ability
- Comfortable working in a metrics- and KPI-driven environment
- Based in or near Hyderabad and able to work onsite 3 days per week
- Comfortable working a night shift in India aligned to U.S. Eastern Time working hours
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience supporting U.S. clients in a staffing agency environment
- Experience filling roles such as software engineers, application developers, cloud/infrastructure engineers, DevOps engineers, systems administrators, network engineers, cybersecurity professionals, data engineers, QA/automation testers, ERP/CRM resources, business analysts, project managers, and other technical skill sets
- Good understanding of U.S. candidate expectations, hiring urgency, rate competitiveness, and competitive submittal practices
- Strong delivery discipline with a track record of success in submittals, interviews, hires, and recruiter productivity
- Passion for building trust with candidates while delivering at speed
