Location: Manjeera Trinity Corporate, JNTU Road, KPHB III Phase, Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 06:30 PM 03:30 AM (US Shift)

Role: US IT Recruiter (Fresher)

Work Mode: Onsite

Eligibility Criteria:

- Basic knowledge of the US IT Recruitment Life Cycle

- Understanding of sourcing through:

- LinkedIn

- Job Portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.)

- Boolean Search techniques

- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)

- Willingness to work in night shifts

- Strong learning attitude & commitment

Key Responsibilities:

- Source IT candidates based on client requirements

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles

- Conduct initial HR screening calls

- Schedule and coordinate interviews

- Maintain daily reports and trackers
