Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our Account Executives and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels such as social media, networking, referrals,
- internal database and job boards as needed.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate pipeline, coordinate interviews, and ensure excellent candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- We are a very performance and metric-driven organization, so this is critical.
- Assist in negotiating offers and facilitating the candidate hiring lifecycle from offer to acceptance to onboarding and talent care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal & external partners.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to enhance recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry, is a plus.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS, is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with candidates.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strong Hands-on experience in Contract, Contract to Hire Positions,1099/C2C/W2 Terms.
- Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp & 1099 etc.
- Responsible for full cycle of Sales and recruitment.
- Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT) with vendors or Direct Client
- Strong hands-on experience in marketing H1B, H1B Transfer Visa.
- Updating of resumes into Job Portals Like Dice, Tech-fetch, Monster, CareerBuilder, Simply-Hire, and Indeed.
- Applying on the Job openings through the job portals on behalf of consultants.
- Creating HOT list of consultants and spreading it to Rapport Contacts, Google groups, Big Hotlist, and Pro-hires on Daily Basis.
- Getting the requirements from Tier-1 Vendors/ implementing Partners.
- Negotiating with Vendors for appropriate rates.
- Timely submission of qualified consultants for open requirements.
- Follow-up to the vendors regarding feedback
- If Client hires the consultant signing and following up the attorney for PO and MSA.
Experience:
- Hands-on experience marketing profiles of H1B, H1B Transfers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, Increased level of business knowledge.
- Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Must be comfortable with cold-calling and engaging people face to face.
- Experience dealing directly with decision makers and comfortable with negotiation.
