Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates for IT positions in the US market.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable candidates.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Utilize various job boards and social media platforms to attract talent.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate submissions and placements.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in IT Bench Sales or related field.
- Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of visa processes (H1B, L1, etc.) is a plus.
