Us It Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and place IT consultants (on our bench) by finding suitable job opportunities with direct clients and tier-1 vendors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with implementation partners and end clients.
• Post resumes on job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other relevant platforms.
• Submit consultants to job requirements, negotiate rates, and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain regular follow-up with consultants and clients to ensure successful onboarding.
• Maintain database and documentation for submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge or interest in US IT recruitment/staffing.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work innight shift (US Time Zones).
• Good understanding of job boards and social media platforms.
• Time management, multitasking ability, and a strong desire to learn and grow.Role & responsibilities
