Role Description
This full-time, on-site role located in Mannargudi is for a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter. The role involves handling full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for IT positions. The recruiter will actively engage in technical recruiting, managing talent pipelines, and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates to meet staffing requirements. Additionally, the recruiter will collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and ensure successful placements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment processes
- Experience in Hiring and Managing Candidate Pipelines
- Strong Technical Recruiting skills with a focus on identifying and securing top-tier IT talent
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
