Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven US IT Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in IT staffing and recruiting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, building client relationships, and expanding our footprint across the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities in the US IT staffing market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements
  • Negotiate contracts, MSA, SOW, and rate cards
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and track progress
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in US IT staffing business development
  • Proven track record of acquiring direct clients and closing deals
  • Strong understanding of US staffing processes, contracts (W2, C2C, 1099)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with ATS/CRM tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
