Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven US IT Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in IT staffing and recruiting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, building client relationships, and expanding our footprint across the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities in the US IT staffing market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Work closely with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements
- Negotiate contracts, MSA, SOW, and rate cards
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and track progress
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in US IT staffing business development
- Proven track record of acquiring direct clients and closing deals
- Strong understanding of US staffing processes, contracts (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience working with ATS/CRM tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
