Job Description

*Job Title:* US IT Account Manager / Business Development Manager (BDM)

*Location:* Hyderabad (Onsite / Hybrid)

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for an experienced US IT Account Manager / Business Development Manager who can drive end-to-end recruitment operations while actively contributing to business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US IT staffing, client acquisition, and team management, with the ability to bring in and manage direct clients, vendors, and implementation partners.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with *direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners*

* Actively contribute to *business development by acquiring new clients and generating revenue*

* Manage and lead a team of *recruiters and bench sales professionals*

* Oversee *end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle* (sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, closure, onboarding)

* Drive *bench sales strategy* to ensure maximum placement of available consultants

* Ensure *quality submissions and quick turnaround time (TAT)* for client requirements

* Track and improve *team performance metrics (submissions, interviews, closures)*

* Handle *client communication, escalations, and relationship management*

* Negotiate *rates, margins, and contract terms* with clients and consultants

* Ensure compliance with *US work authorization (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.)* and hiring standards

*Key Requirements:*

* 7+ years of experience in *US IT Staffing / Recruitment*

* Proven experience in *client acquisition and business development*

* Strong network of *direct clients / vendor contacts (preferred)*

* Experience managing *teams of 1030+ recruiters*

* Hands-on experience with *bench sales and consultant marketing*

* Strong understanding of *W2, C2C, 1099 hiring models*

* Experience working with *ATS/VMS tools (Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, etc.)*

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

*Preferred Qualifications:*

* Ability to bring *existing client relationships*

* Experience handling *high-volume and niche IT requirements*

* Strong leadership and revenue-driven mindset

*Work Mode:*

* Full-time (Onsite in Hyderabad)

* Alternative engagement models (performance/margin-based) can be discussed based on experience
