Role: US IT Account Manager Recruitment
Experience: 6+ Years
Preference: Female Candidates Only
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow client relationships in the US IT staffing market
Identify and acquire new clients, driving business development initiatives
Generate leads, convert prospects, and build a strong client portfolio
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment with delivery teams
Understand client requirements and ensure timely fulfillment
Negotiate contracts, rates, and maintain long-term partnerships
Key Skills Required:
Strong experience in US IT Recruitment & Account Management
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in US time zones
