Job Description

  • Handle inbound calls from US-based customers and respond to product or service-related inquiries
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions to meet their needs
  • Convert inbound queries into confirmed sales using effective communication and sales techniques
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional services and products where appropriate
  • Consistently achieve individual and team-based sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Record and update customer interactions, sales details, and follow-ups accurately in CRM systems
  • Stay informed about product updates, pricing, promotions, and industry trends
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely post-sales support and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach during all interactions
  • Work flexible night shifts aligned to the US time zone

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound sales, customer service, or US voice process
  • Excellent verbal communication in English with a neutral or US accent
  • Strong sales ability with a focus on customer satisfaction and closing deals
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM or sales tracking tools
  • Target-oriented and capable of handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (US hours)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in B2C or B2B US inbound sales campaigns
  • Background in sectors such as telecom, travel, e-commerce, or tech support
  • Experience in call center or inbound contact center roles
