Key Responsibilities
Support and manage US immigration processes including H-1B, OPT, STEM, and I-9
Maintain and track employee documentation and visa statuses
Assist with onboarding, payroll coordination, and general HR operations
Communicate with employees regarding HR and immigration matters
Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations
Handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in US immigration
Strong organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge of HR operations is a plus
