About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced US HR Specialist to manage and oversee various human resources functions for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in US labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices, providing expert guidance and support to businesses in need of outsourced HR services. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned US-based clients.
- Provide guidance on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks tailored to each client.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with US labor laws.
- Administer payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and compensation structures.
- Ensure compliance with employment standards, FLSA, FMLA, EEO, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Assist clients with HR technology implementation and optimization.
- Provide training on HR-related topics such as compliance, workplace diversity, and leadership development.
- Stay updated on HR trends, employment laws, and best practices to support client needs.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with a strong background in US labor laws and compliance.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of US employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working in an outsourced HR or consultancy environment is a plus.
