Job Title: US Healthcare Staffing Recruiter (Travel Healthcare)

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Shift: US Shift (EST/CST/PST aligned)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Staffing Recruiter to support travel healthcare hiring for US-based clients. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified healthcare professionals while working closely with US account managers and clients.

This role requires strong experience in travel healthcare staffing, submittals management, and working in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit travel healthcare professionals, including:
  • Registered Nurses (RN)
  • Allied Health Professionals (PT, OT, PTA, COTA, Rad Tech, CT Tech, etc.)
  • LPNs and other clinical roles as required
  • Manage end-to-end submittal process:
  • Candidate sourcing, screening, and qualification
  • Resume formatting and submittals
  • Interview coordination and follow-ups
  • Work closely with US clients and account managers to meet daily and weekly submittal targets
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare requirements:
  • Licenses, certifications, credentials
  • Background checks, vaccination records, and onboarding documentation
  • Use ATS and VMS platforms efficiently (e.g., Bullhorn, Fieldglass, Wand, Beeline, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
  • Meet defined KPIs for submittals, interviews, and placements
  • Work strictly in US time zones and align with US holidays

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in US healthcare staffing, specifically travel healthcare
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Travel nurse workflows
  • Pay packages, bill rates, margins, and compliance
  • Hands-on experience with job boards and sourcing tools:
  • Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, internal databases, and referrals
  • Experience working on high-volume submittals
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and as a dedicated resource for a single client
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting US staffing agencies or MSP programs
  • Familiarity with multiple VMS systems
  • Proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring deadlines
