Role Overview

Spadtek Solutions is seeking an accomplished Senior Technical Recruiter US Healthcare to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across the US healthcare landscape. This role requires hands-on expertise in full-cycle healthcare recruitment, credentialing, and compliance, along with the ability to deliver consistently against defined performance metrics. The position is office-based and aligned with US business hours.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for US healthcare roles, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), allied health professionals, and physicians.
  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare credentialing and verification processes, including state licensure, board certifications, DEA registration, CAQH, and related documentation.
  • Solid understanding of multi-state US healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA, Joint Commission standards, and CMS regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment CRMs, and automation tools.
  • Expertise in candidate sourcing through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and specialized healthcare job boards.

Performance Expectations

  • Minimum of 1218 months of hands-on US healthcare recruitment experience with documented placements.
  • Ability to meet defined turnaround times across multiple healthcare specialties.
  • Strong candidate submission-to-placement conversion ratios.
  • Consistent client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  • Efficient pipeline management with measurable recruitment velocity.

Technical and Domain Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of medical service taxonomies, healthcare specialties, and credential hierarchies.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms, recruitment CRMs, and ATS tools.
  • Familiarity with video interviewing platforms and candidate assessment tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, screen, and pre-qualify qualified healthcare professionals aligned with client requirements.
  • Validate candidate qualifications, experience, and competencies against role-specific job descriptions.
  • Conduct structured evaluations to ensure candidate readiness, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and recruitment data to support audits, compliance, and reporting.
