Job Overview

This role is ideal for US Healthcare Recruiters with 0.5 to 4 years of experience in recruiting for Nursing and Allied Healthcare positions.

Educational Qualification

• BS degree in Science (Biology, Microbiology, Health Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology) or a related field of study

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Laptop/Desktop with a minimum i3 or Ryzen 3 processor and at least 4 GB RAM (8 GB preferred)
• Stable internet connection (minimum 40 Mbps)
• Quiet and dedicated workspace at home
• Willingness to make 6070 calls per day to candidates

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit for Nursing and Allied Healthcare positions
• Search for candidates on job portals, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
• Create simple Boolean search strings (training provided)
• Call, email, and message candidates to check their interest
• Screen candidates and format resumes for client submission
