Role Description

We are looking for an experiencedUS Healthcare Lead Generator & Appointment Setter (US Shift)who can directly interact with US-based healthcare providers and clinics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience inB2B lead generation, appointment setting, andCRM management (i.e.,Zoho CRM), along with excellent English communication skills. US/Canada based Call Centre experience is an asset. You will play a key role in building our sales pipeline by identifying qualified prospects, initiating conversations, and scheduling appointments with decision-makers in the US healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified B2B leads in theUS Healthcare market(clinics, providers, medical groups)
  • Perform outbound lead generation viaLinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and databases
  • Set appointments and demos for the sales/business development team
  • Maintain, track, and update leads and follow-ups using CRM
  • Communicate directly with providers, practice managers, and clinic administrators
  • Understand service offerings and effectively pitch value propositions
  • Meet monthly lead and appointment targets consistently
  • Maintain high-quality data accuracy and CRM hygiene

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum2 years of experienceinUS Healthcare lead generation & appointment setting (US time zone)
  • 23 years of B2B sales/lead generation experience
  • Proven experience using CRM
  • ExcellentEnglish verbal and written communicationskills, work experience with US/Canada based callcentre (voice) is an asset.
  • Comfortable interacting directly withUS-based clients and decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales processes
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools is a plus
