Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented candidates for our US Healthcare Process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with US-based patients and healthcare providers. This role is best suited for candidates with a background in Bioscience, Nursing, or prior healthcare experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle clinical notes and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate with US-based patients through calls and follow-ups
- Manage and update Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Coordinate with laboratories and pharmacies for patient requirements
- Assist in connecting patients with doctors and healthcare providers
- Ensure timely follow-ups and provide necessary support to patients
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree in Bioscience, Nursing, or any healthcare-related field
- Prior experience in healthcare or US healthcare process is an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
- Ability to work in night shifts (US shift)
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and EHR systems
