We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 35 years of experience in data analytics, specifically within the US Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong business acumen to deliver insights that support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze healthcare datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to healthcare operations and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide actionable, data-driven solutions.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of healthcare data while adhering to regulatory standards (HIPAA, etc.).
- Manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 35 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on US Healthcare.
- Strong business acumen, organizational, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards, claims processing, and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and predictive modeling is a plus.
