Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a US-Healthcare Customer Support Executive located in Bengaluru. The Customer Support Executive will address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, primarily serving clients in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities include delivering prompt online support, handling technical queries, and ensuring seamless resolution of customer issues to meet service standards. Collaboration with other teams will be an integral part of the role to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience with Online Support and resolving customer inquiries via digital platforms
  • Knowledge of Technical Support processes, including issue diagnosis and resolution
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Prior experience in healthcare-related customer support is an advantage
