Job Description

We're scaling Pepper Content's footprint in the US enterprise market and we're looking for two powerhouse Go-To-Market Managers to help us build, scale, and own entire revenue-generating programs.

Think ABM campaigns, podcasts, B2B events, sponsorships, and outbound plays each of these is a business engine at Pepper, and now we need someone to run them like mini-CEOs.

This isn't a niche role. This is a high-agency, high-creativity, high-accountability role. You'll work directly with leadership, own CXO-level communication, and deliver full-funnel outcomes from top-of-funnel all the way to sales conversions.

What You'll Do

  • Build, own & scale GTM programs: ABM, Events, Podcasts, and more
  • Write and manage outreach to senior enterprise buyers (VPs, CXOs)
  • Drive both strategy and on-ground execution campaign to conversion
  • Collaborate across design, content, performance, and sales teams
  • Operate like a founder: build systems, optimize processes, and lead pilots
  • Experiment constantly and stay close to performance data
  • Be a marketer one day, strategist the next, copywriter the third and sales lead the fourth

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 35 years of work experience in GTM, B2B marketing, or similar
  • Have worked in high-growth startups or own-your-outcome environments
  • Are a generalist who thrives in chaos and can wear many hats
  • Have excellent communication skills written, spoken, and strategic
  • Can think creatively, act fast, and iterate faster
  • Are comfortable working US EST hours
  • (Bonus) Have an MBA from a Tier 1/2 school (Prodigies are welcome)
  • (Double Bonus) Are obsessed with content, tech, and marketing trends
