Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Shift Timings:7:30 PM IST 4:30 AM IST (US Night Shift)

About the Role:

We are hiring Junior US Healthcare Recruiters to support our US staffing operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and prior exposure to US processes, especially US Call Center / Customer Service / US Support roles. Comprehensive training on US Healthcare Recruitment will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with US healthcare professionals over phone and email
• Source and screen candidates based on open job requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate data in internal systems
• Work closely with senior recruiters and account teams

Required Skills & Experience:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Prior experience working in US process (preferred):
• US Call Center / Customer Support
• US Customer Service / BPO
• US IT / Non-IT Recruiting / Bench Sales
• US RCM / Healthcare support (added advantage)
• Comfortable working night shifts (non-negotiable)
