About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Business Development Executive with experience in
SaaS / Tech / B2B sales for the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in lead generation, and a proven track record of closing deals with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to closure)
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable SaaS/Tech solutions
- Schedule and conduct product demos & sales presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline effectively
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B / SaaS / Tech sales (US market preferred)
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience in international sales / outbound sales is a must
- Ability to work in night shifts (US timings)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS product selling
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
- Understanding of the US business ecosystem
