This is a full-time, on-site role for a US Bench Sales Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The US Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting professionals for IT positions, managing the full-life cycle recruitment process, building relationships with candidates, and maintaining accounts with clients. Additional responsibilities include sourcing talent, facilitating smooth hiring processes, and effectively coordinating communication across all relevant stakeholders.

• Experience in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Proficiency in Hiring processes and Account Management
• Strong Communication skills for effective coordination and relationship building
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of the US IT staffing market is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is preferred
